I do this by creating a special routine for you – based on your current level of flexibility and any areas that you currently feel pain. For example, if you have limited balance due to a stoke or inner ear problems; we’ll do most of your routines safely on the floor or in a chair. If you have a knee injury, then we’ll avoid staining that area and instead try to restore flexibility in your knees with slow stretching.
